Unable to Access McGraw-Hill Connect
Symptom:
When attempting to access McGraw-Hill Connect Learning Activities or Assignments within my Blackboard course, one of the following occurs:
  • A Connect link is not provided
  • Only a blank page opens when linking to Connect
  • A We're Sorry error message appears
  • A Your instructor has not paired this course with connect error message appears
  • Sorry, error happened: Resource with provided id is not registered
 
Cause:
This issue is caused by the instructor not yet pairing or syncing the Blackboard classroom with the Connect course.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, please contact your instructor to request that the course gets paired in McGraw-Hill Connect.
